We honor our name of Luxury Hair Extensions, offering you the PlayHouse Experience of high-quality graded hair. 

All of our hairs is grade 7A quality. Our hairs do not shed, tangle or matt up, and we stand behind the quality of our all our products.

We provide full bundles at the weight of – 3.5 oz to 4.0 oz. 

We typically recommend 12”-16” needs 2 (3) For a Full Look. Bundles 18”-22” needs 3 bundles 22”-26” needs 3 to 4 

All sales are final. We will only exchange items in its original state (as received). It must be unopened, unwrapped, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored or washed) exchanges must be within 14 days of receipt of hair. Processing time will depend on which shipping option you choose. The exception being when you purchase hair on backorder (out of stock) to which you will be notified. Keep in mind backorders can take 3-4 weeks to be shipped out.

All orders purchased and approved before 11 am will go out the same day. Orders placed after 11 am will be shipped the next business day.

Priority shipping delivery time is never guaranteed, it could come a day later or a day earlier depending on USPS.

After your package is mailed you will receive a tracking number.

Your hair is given a life period of at least 2 years dependent upon maintenance . 1 year at the minimum with minimum maintenance 

Yes of course . Easy Breezy Color Girl we call you . We advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.

Natural hair only comes in natural colors of the donors, which are usually light to dark shades of natural brown. We do not guarantee color matching. 

Your order will be placed in review status if you are shipping to a different address from your billing address. If you are we must confirm with the credit card that it is a legitimate purchase before we ship your order out. This rule applies to overnight shipping as well.

Yes, it will, Your hair has an excellent life span and at high quality, is sure to return back to its natural pattern . Any chemicals added to the hair , anything too harsh can and will relax the pattern.  It is important to remember that the hair is not attached to any cuticles so it no longer is receiving any nourishment, so if you continuously add harsh chemicals naturally you will relax the pattern just like you would with your own hair.
